Life of Victory (LOV) is a nonprofit and HUD Approved Housing Counseling Agency. We provide educational workshops and offer the following housing counseling services. Pre-Purchase Counseling (PPC), Mortgage Delinquency & Default Resolution Counseling (DFC), Non-Delinquency Post-Purchase (NDC), Rental Housing Counseling (RHC), Financial Management Budget/Counseling (FBC), and Services for Homeless Counseling (HMC).
